These terms govern your use of SmallForwarder (smallforwarder.com). By using the site, you agree to them.

The service

SmallForwarder generates freight shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading) from the shipment details you provide. Free plan includes 3 document generations; paid subscription ($49/mo Founding Member pricing, then $79/mo) includes unlimited generation.

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the shipment data you enter and for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance of the documents you generate, download and use. SmallForwarder is a formatting and generation tool — it does not verify customs, trade, or shipping regulations, and it is not a substitute for professional customs or legal advice. Always review generated documents before sending them to carriers, customs authorities, or clients.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and can be canceled at any time from your Stripe billing portal or by emailing hello@smallforwarder.com. Cancellation stops future billing; we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for losses arising from errors in generated documents, service downtime, or reliance on the service for compliance purposes.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
