SmallForwarder ("we", "us") provides a tool that generates freight shipping documents. This policy explains what data we collect when you use smallforwarder.com and why.

What we collect

• Shipment details you enter (shipper, consignee, cargo, references, etc.) — sent to our document-generation API to produce your PDFs.
• Your email address, if you provide it — stored locally in your browser (not on our servers) to pre-fill checkout and to follow up if you run out of free generations.
• Payment information, if you subscribe — collected and processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

How we use it

Shipment data you submit is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your documents, and to our PDF rendering service to produce the file you download. We do not store shipment data on our servers after your PDF is generated — each request is processed and discarded. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Third parties

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes shipment data to generate document content.
• Stripe — processes payments and subscriptions.
• Vercel — hosts the application and may log standard request metadata (IP, timestamp) for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can clear your stored email and usage count at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site. To request deletion of any data associated with your subscription, email us at hello@smallforwarder.com.
